We offer a convenient and popular payment option for families seeking childcare services - childcare vouchers. With the flexibility to work with all registered providers, Cohort Kiddies Club makes it easy for families to book sessions and use their preferred voucher for full or partial payment.
The voucher amount you choose to credit to your account is deducted from your salary before tax and National Insurance are applied. This means you pay less tax and National Insurance overall. To see if you're eligible, reach out to your employer's HR department.
To ensure a seamless booking experience, please remember to enter the full amount for bookings spanning multiple dates. If you need to top up your vouchers, we offer the option to make a one-off card payment.
At Cohort Kiddies Club, we are proud to be an Ofsted-registered provider, which means we are able to accept tax-free childcare payments. Through this government scheme, you can benefit from a top-up of £2 for every £8 you pay towards your childcare costs. For instance, a deposit of £80 would result in an additional £20 from the government, giving you a total of £100 to spend on childcare. The scheme is widely available, with around 99% of families eligible. Learn more about your eligibility and the scheme details at https://www.gov.uk/tax-free-childcare.
To ensure a smooth payment experience, we kindly ask that you notify us via email with your child's reference number before making any Tax-Free Childcare payments for Cohort Kiddies Club sessions. To make a payment through the scheme, simply search for "Cohort Kiddies Club" within your tax-free childcare account. If you have any questions about your eligibility or accessing your account, please don't hesitate to contact us for assistance.
